Yes, it is a little more expensive but some of your benefits are:

Air mail letters are quick.

The records are treated as a letter and not as a usual parcel that will be transported with hundreds of other 30 kg parcels.

It will be handed over from person to person and everyone has to sign for it - we did not loose one of several thousand sent letters yet!

The postman has to hand it over to you and can not try to fold it into your letter box or just leave it outside where it can be stolen, or damaged in the rain.
